Urban Development Departments and their Plan Approval Methods in Different Indian States

Urban Development Departments which comes under Ministry of Urban Development is an apex body formulates the rules on development in specific states. Every state has its own development department that constitutes the regulation for housing and urban development which is on paper and under formation.

Every residential or commercial project undertaken by the estate developers need State Urban Development department approval and should go with the regulation set by the department.
